Nose: Hint of caramel, vanilla, chocolate malt, pinch of nutmeg and brown sugar with a touch of mint and pepper 

 Palate: Vanilla, semi sweet chocolate, skosh of maple syrup, vegetal, leather tobacco leading into baking spice, white pepper with some mild heat

 Finish: A long addictive linger of heat with the perfect amount of spice and oak
