Binder’s Stash Shipping Policy

Age Requirement

We take pride in delivering only the finest whiskey to those who truly appreciate it. To order from Binder’s Stash, you must be at least 21 years old. Upon delivery, a signature from someone 21 or older is mandatory.

Responsibility & Compliance

As our valued customer, it’s your responsibility to ensure that the shipment of alcohol complies with all local and state laws. Please familiarize yourself with these regulations before placing your order.

Shipping Timeline

  • Weekday Orders: Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after business hours on Friday, or anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the following Monday.
  • No Weekend Deliveries: We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery Details

  • No PO Boxes: We’re unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Warehouse Location: All shipments originate from our warehouse in Kentucky.
  • Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, we ship exclusively within the U.S.

Shipping Options

We ship via UPS, offering UPS® Ground and UPS 3 Day Select®. Because an adult signature with proof of ID is required, we recommend shipping to a business address to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 4pm PST, Monday through Friday, will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note, orders during the holiday season may take longer to process.
  • Transit Time: Ground shipments typically take 3-5 business days in transit.
  • Air Service: Orders with Next Day or Second Day Air service will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Eligibility

Non-Kentucky residents are responsible for determining whether their state or county allows alcohol shipments. Please verify before placing your order. We are currently unable to ship to Tennessee.

Billing & Shipping Address

Need your whiskey sent somewhere other than your billing address? No problem. You can easily place an order and have it shipped to a different location.
