MEET THE MAN BEHIND THE BEARD
Bill Binder has spent a lifetime chasing great whiskey—not labels, scores or hype, but bottles that stop you mid-pour.
That fascination started early, with Bill sneaking sips from his grandfather’s liquor cabinet and discovering the rich complexity of Old Grand-Dad 100 proof. What began as a little curiosity grew into a lifelong passion—and eventually decades spent tasting, collecting, building award-winning whiskey bars and seeking out barrels with something unmistakable about them.
Binder’s Stash is the next chapter of that journey.
Every selection starts with Bill’s palate. Some are rare. Some are unexpected. Some may never be found again. What connects them is simple: Bill tasted something worth sharing.
And that’s really what Binder’s Stash is about—not telling people what they should drink, but bringing them along for the discovery. One barrel. One bottle. One great pour at a time.
